These terms and conditions apply to the Model Composition Pack, products and services provided by CHEN EDUCATION PTE. LTD (UEN: 202000103R).

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before purchasing the Model Composition Pack or any product and/or services.

By use of this site and subscribing to the services provided, you are deemed to have accepted and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

 

Online Course or Product and Payment
 

Mode of payment for Model Composition Pack(s) and product(s) is via bank transfer/ Paynow.

 

For subscription to the Model Composition Pack, once you have subscribed for the calendar year, you will have access to all past issues of compositions for that calendar year.

Your personal and payment details will not be disclosed to any third parties.

 

Refund and Cancellation policy
 

For all the Model Composition Pack and digital products purchased on this website, there is NO REFUND, due to the electronic nature of digital products, and the fact that it cannot be returned.

 

Once you have cancelled your subscription to the Model Composition Pack, there will be no access to the  materials and fees will not be refunded or pro-rated.

 

Intellectual Property

 

All Intellectual property rights in the Model Composition Pack, products and/or services made by trainers of CHEN EDUCATION PTE. LTD. are, and remain, the intellectual property of CHEN EDUCATION PTE. LTD.

 

You are not authorised to:

 

(i) copy, modify, reproduce, re-publish, sub-licence, sell, upload, broadcast, post, transmit or distribute any of the Model Composition Pack without prior written permission;

 

(ii) record on video or audio tape, relay by phone or other means, the Model Composition Pack(s) taught;

(iii) use the Model Composition Pack materials in the provision of any other course or training;

 

(iv) remove any copyright or other notice of CHEN EDUCATION PTE. LTD on the Model Composition Pack materials;

 

(v) modify, adapt, merge, translate, disassemble, decompile, reverse engineer (save to the extent permitted by law) any software / materials forming part of the Model Composition Pack.

 

All assignments, feedback and testimonials submitted are deemed as the intellectual property of CHEN EDUCATION PTE. LTD.

 

By use of this site, you agree to grant us the right to use them in our promotional materials, whether online or printed, even after the duration of the subscription(s).

CHEN EDUCATION PTE. LTD may copy, reproduce, display, distribute and use any photographs or videos taken of the students’ academic work during lessons. The purpose may be to publish students’ academic achievements on CHEN EDUCATION PTE. LTD website or in any form or media at any time, even after the student has withdrawn from the Model Composition Pack .

• verifying your identity in course registration

• managing the enrolment of students

• sending you information on the Model Composition Pack, courses, workshops, products and/or services

You should ensure that all personal data submitted to us is complete, accurate, true and correct. Failure to do so may result in our inability to provide you with the Model Composition Pack , products and services you have requested.
